Award-winning homegrown film Ilo Ilo broke the SGD1 million box office record on Dec. 2.
This came in the second week of the film’s re-launch here in Singapore.
Despite the continuous warm reception, the film will not be extended beyond Dec. 1.
Ilo Ilo is a heart-grazing film about a Singaporean family and their Filipino domestic helper that recently won the Best Feature Film prize at the Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan.
