Four of the five men arrested have been charged in court today — bringing the total number of people charged for their involvement in the Little India riot up to 31 so far.
The four men, aged between 24 and 45, will each face one count of rioting on Sunday, Dec. 8, at Race Course Road area.
Of the four, three are accused of hurling concrete at police officers. The fourth is responsible for damaging a motor bus and setting a police car on fire.
Investigations on the last subject are ongoing.
