10 Savour restaurant partners take part in ‘special menu season’ starting April 21

If you didn’t get enough of gourmet festival Savour during its run in March, you’ve got one more chance to indulge. 

Savour: The Restaurants lets you partake in special menus at 10 of the event’s partnering restaurants from April 21 — 30.

Stellar@1-Altitude will be serving up a three-course menu of oyster Japonaise, a meat lovers platter (top photo) – smoked Angus ribeye, braised short rib with soy caramel and crispy pork crackle – and a dessert of chocolate violette “earth” with white chocolate “moss” and strawberry blossom sorbet, while Forlino will impress with blue fin tuna tagliata, five cheese tortellini, roasted suckling pig loin and jasmine panna cotta. Other participating restaurants include Blue Lotus, The Disgruntled Chef, Ola Cocina del Mar, Oxwell & Co, Pind Balluchi Bar & Grill, Saint Pierre, &Sons and Spathe Public House.
