Singapore’s internet speed is among the fastest in Asia, according to Akamai’s latest quarterly State of the Internet report.
The United States based online content delivery network has placed Singapore fifth on a ranking of internet speeds in the Asia Pacific, currently topped by South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Singapore ranks 24th globally and is one of the only few cities in the region with an average peak speed above 50mbps.
