7 great restaurants in Singapore that open till late

It’s minutes to midnight and you’ve got an insatiable food craving. There are two ways this could go down: you grumpily hit the sack in hopes of sleeping it off, or you head out in your early morning best in search of a restaurant that offers this particular dish and cross your fingers that it’s still open. Is it freshly shucked French oysters, bread crumb crusted truffled mac and cheese and churros con chocolate you say you crave? Fret not, we’ve compiled a list of our favourite eateries that are open at the most ungodly hours.

All orders are served by Champagne mignonette and can be baked.
