Reddit Gem: Apparently this is how Sim Lim deals with shady shops

Yesterday, Reddit user “eStonez” uploaded this image of a notice put up at gadget mall Sim Lim Square:

In it, the mall management reveals six stores that were identified as having the most number of complaints filed with the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) from June to August this year, so that visitors can “shop with confidence”… “with the 474 retailers not on the above list”.

Will this improve Sim Lim’s reputation? Discuss.
