Over 300 Singaporeans attend screening of banned film in JB

More than 300 Singaporeans made their way to Johor Bahru on Sept. 19 to watch a screening of To Singapore, With Love, a Tan Pin Pin documentary about exiles that was recently banned in Singapore.

The team behind the film shared an album on their Facebook page, containing photos of people from all walks of society — activists, artists, filmmakers, retirees, working professionals on leave — boarding buses from Queen Street to get to the screening.

There were about 150 Singaporeans that took the four buses out, while others made their on way.
