Pizza Hut officially apologises for referring to customer as “Pink Fat Lady”

Pizza Hut Singapore has issued a public apology Ms. Aili Si, who recently complained on her Facebook page about an employee referring to her as “Pink Fat Lady” on a receipt.

In a Facebook post yesterday, the company said the incident went against their corporate values, and that they “do not condone behaviour or actions that offend people”.

Pizza Hut, who first conveyed their regret on the now viral complaint by Ms. Si, said it was currently investigating the matter and was attempting to contact the customer to “personally express (their) sincere apologies”.
