Singapore photographer Aram Pan, who’s been making headlines for his coverage of North Korea, recently copped a ‘coveted’ seat aboard its national carrier Air Koryo, considered the world’s ‘worst airline’ with only one star.

The entire trip, lasting Sept. 13 – 17 according to Pan’s video account, was tailored for aviation enthusiasts, who also landed seats on other flights via the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s (DPRK) various Soviet era-style aircrafts.

Pan recorded various amazing sights as he flew from Kuala Lumpur to Pyongyang and then to Beijing:

Comments on Facebook prove many aren’t even aware that Air Koryo flies out of Malaysia’s capital
