Video: Koi customer just wanted to know where blackout was, but got “fuck off” and “ugly bitch” instead

A complaint by local actress Ava Gia Salamat, most recently known for her Facebook series the Suara Sexy Show, has been going viral.

In a video uploaded on Oct. 25, Ava related an incident that happened to her at the Koi Express counter near Boon Lay MRT station. She and a partner had overlooked a “faint-looking” sign at the counter that said the shop would close at 9pm instead of 10pm that evening due to a “blackout”, and had asked a member of staff named Rachel to explain why they couldn’t order anymore drinks.

According to Ava, Rachel had shrugged the couple off, so they went to another shop to get coconut juice. But Ava returned, because she “was not happy” with “the way she treated (them”. This time, Ava said she’d asked specifically about the blackout.

“I didn’t see a blackout, the lights were still on, so why can’t you explain properly?” she ranted in the video. “You don’t have to give us that face, like we are stupid people.”

Ava then claimed Rachel told her to “fuck off”, followed by “go away, you ugly bitch”.

Ava’s video has since racked up close to 71,000 view on Facebook and more than 2,000 shares.
