20-year-old Tan Zi Hui works in a restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, but lives all the way in Sengkang.
And according to the Shin Min Daily News, despite her open call for help, Tan has only been woken up once at her station, by a middle-aged man, on Oct. 28.
