Police have arrested a 53-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of outrage of modesty, which occurred in a Ghim Moh HDB estate.
After receiving a report on Nov. 15, officers from the Clementi Police Division conducted investigations to identify the suspect, who was apprehended in the same neighbourhood at midnight on Nov. 20.
Investigations against the man are still on-going.
Anyone convicted of outrage of modesty may face up to two years in jail and caning.
