SMRT vandals found to have tresspassed depot thrice, additional charges issued

Further investigations conducted on the recent case of vandalism on an SMRT train revealed that the two German suspects infiltrated Bishan depot not once, not twice, but three consecutive times.

Channel NewsAsia reports that Andreas Von Knorre and Elton Hinz have been accused of entering the train depot without authorisation on Nov. 6 and 7. It was on Nov. 8 that both vandals entered the compound again and tagged the left exterior cabin of a parked SMRT train

The two additional charges were meted out to each suspect in court earlier today, with a bail of $100,000. The next mention of the case will take place on Dec.17.
