Gaze upon the picturesque cityscape of Chinatown as live music by local talents waft across the rooftop of People’s Park Complex this Saturday in the inaugural launch of Getai Electronica.
In a collaboration between Asian tapas joint Lepark and instrumental jazz/hip-hop outfit TAJ, Getai Electronica promises a downright modern cultural experience with the best homegrown music pushing the boundaries of groove and electronica, complete with booze, bites and nostalgic vibes above the hustle and bustle of Chinatown.
The first edition of this hyperlocal mini-music festival experience will feature the sweet sounds of Spacedays, Disco Hue, .gif (fresh off their triumphant set in Laneway Festival 2015), TAJ and The Good life Project from 5pm onwards.
Getai Electronica is happening on Feb 7 at the 6th floor rooftop carpark of People’s Park Complex. Entry fee is at the very affordable price of $6, inclusive of a pint of beer; more details available on the Facebook event page.
