F1 track wanderluster pleads guilty to committing rash act in court

The 2015 Singapore Grand Prix interloper made a much lesser dramatic appearance today in court, as he pleaded guilty to committing rash act, TODAY reports.

Folks will surely remember Yogvitam Pravin Dhokia, the 27-year-old British national who wandered onto the Marina Bay Street Circuit on the night of the Singapore Grand Prix final, narrowly avoiding F1 cars coming around the bend. Apparently, he just really wanted to snap a picture.

After his arrest, he was charged in September for committing a rash act that “endangered personal safety of drivers”. CCTV footage revealed that he managed to find his way onto the track through a gap in a fence.

Now that he has pleaded guilty, he could very well face up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,500. Hopefully his pictures were all worth the shitstorm he’s facing right now.
