Singapore’s first ever coffee festival to hit this June at the F1 Pit Building

Get your buzz on this June for the Singapore Coffee Festival, where you can consume so much caffeine that you probably won’t be able to sleep for a month.

Claiming to be Singapore’s first ever coffee-centric festival, the event at the F1 Pit Building promises to be a caffeine-fueled showcase of Singapore’s speciality coffee, local kopi and coffee culture. Baristas, kopi connoisseurs, industry folks and regular (cuppa) joes everywhere are welcome to experience the country’s rich heritage concerning the humble coffee bean.

Cafe hoppers will be especially interested — the festival is assembling all the hippest coffee joints under one roof, with the likes of Papa Palheta, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Killiney, Wheelys Cafe and more confirmed to be on board.

If the heady smells and taste of coffee ain’t enough to satiate, the festival’s also promising to deliver a slick line up of live music acts and film screenings to go with your variously-versioned kopis. Nothing confirmed yet on this end though, but you can probably expect your standard crowd pullers (Gentle Bones, The Sam Willows, etc etc).

In the meantime, block out Jun 9 till Jun 12 in your calendars. Stay tuned for more updates on the festival on their official website.
