Devour all the atas lobsters you want in Lime’s Lobsterfest buffet, starting this Friday

Yass, you heard that right. Chomp down on all the lobster you want in an actual buffet that features unlimited amounts of expensive crustaceans, courtesy of Lime, located in Parkroyal on Pickering.

Whip your claws and bibs out come May 27 in the hotel’s Lobsterfest, where a juicy repertoire of Maine Lobster dishes — prepared in multiple Asian and Western flavours — await every night till Jun 19.

Asian flavours? Think spicy “Singapore-style” chilli lobster and black pepper lobster with curry leaves. Of course, salted egg yolks have to make an appearance — and thus Lime’s prepared the all-new Maine Lobster with salted eggs.

Other highfalutin highlights include the likes of Maine Lobster with truffled hollandaise sauce, poached lobster with Marie Rose sauce and the Maine Lobster Thermidor with Persillade Crust. For tastebuds hankering for comfort foods, there’s the lobster mac and cheese with truffle salsa or even the lobster bisque. Be still, thy beating heart.

Prices start at $99 per adult, which include access to unlimited juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea, as well as a glass of their signature Limenade.
