Antoinette has launched its first “fetish campaign”, and matcha is the star. For two months, you get to enjoy 22 sweet and savoury matcha creations crafted by chef-patissier Pang Kok Keong. The selection includes cakes, pastries, drinks and confectionery items, each made with matcha powder from Nishio, Japan. And since matcha is revered for its antioxidants and health benefits, you can totally have your cake and eat it, too.
If you feel you’ve prepared your whole life to stuff your face with all things matcha, round up a group of fellow fans and catch up over the La Carte Fetish Matcha ($190++/four people). This feast includes matcha lattes, matcha soda, matcha pasta (the only savoury item offered), matcha pancakes, matcha French toast, and loads more. But order it at your own risk — you may or may not end up swearing off the green powder for life afterwards.
Browse through highlights from the menu below and try not to go green with envy.
Antoinette’s Fetish Matcha is from May 27-end Jul at 30 Penhas Rd; all items except matcha latte and La Carte Fetish Matcha available at #02-33/34 Mandarin Gallery, 333A Orchard Rd.
