Singaporean man behind aggressive anti-Pink Dot post apologises and deletes FB page

Bryan Lim, the man behind the threatening anti-Pink Dot comment on Facebook, has learned the hard way that you can’t just say what you want on social media and expect to get away with it. Now infamous for his “open fire” phrase, the Singaporean quickly penned an apology yesterday evening, after realising netizens were out for his blood.

Lim also removed his comments from the We Are Against Pinkdot in Singapore Facebook group, before deleting his entire Facebook account. Too bad everything’s already been screenshot and saved for posterity. And people are still leaving comments on Canon Singapore’s Facebook page, asking for him to be fired and thoroughly investigated for any violent tendencies.

But whatever your views on him, just make sure you don’t randomly tag one of the many other innocent Bryan Lims out there in your Facebook rant against this particular one.
