Hop on board this food trail to eat your way through Thai food in Singapore

A new food trail is coming your way, and it’s all about Thai cuisine. Called Chang Sensory Trails, the fest features celeb chef Jet Tila commanding the Chef’s Table, where he’ll create his own versions of iconic Thai dishes (check out Chang Beer’s Facebook page for details on how to win this experience). Joining him in the kitchen are eight Thai restaurants from all over Singapore, and they’re each offering one of their signature plates for you to try. Plus, adding to the fun atmosphere are music acts and graffiti artists in action.

Here are some of the dishes to look out for.

Cured pork fritters by Long Chim
Thai watermelon fried rice from Gin Khao
Chiangmai bites by Long Tail Asian Brasserie & Bar
Atlantic black cod yellow curry with bamboo shoot tempura from Patara Fine Dining
Grilled fish, beef and pork ball skewers by Nara Thai
Prawn in crystal roll with sweet basil by Tamarind Hill
Pad Thai with crab meat by Folks Collective

Chang Sensory Trails is on Aug 20, 2pm-10pm at the Bayfront Event Space. Free admission.
