Maybe that’s why we’re so ecstatic that J65, Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore’s signature restaurant, has just announced a different dinner buffet every night of the week. Each night promises something for everyone, from high-quality seafood to home-cooked comfort food. Crab! It’s Monday…

By the time Monday afternoon rolls around, your face will change from 🙁 to 🙂 to 😀 because J65 has the perfect way to celebrate the end of the worst day of the week: fresh, meaty crabs cooked in every flavor and style. Choose from Salted Egg Crab, Black Pepper Crab and homemade Crab Popiah, to name just a few.
Beef Yourself Up on Tuesday

Some say Tuesday is the most productive day of the week, so whether you’re running across town for meetings or busting out intense brain power behind your desk, protein should be your new best friend. It’s the perfect night to bring on the beef. Chew on a nice juicy steak at J65’s Beef Yourself Up buffet dinner. Cut into a perfectly seared Rib Eye Steak, complete with all your favorite condiments. There are also meatlicious Asian specialties to choose from, like the meatmazing Beef Rendang and meatastic Sup Ekor. Ok we’re (well) done. (Get it?)
Lobster Rock ‘n’ Roll on Wednesday

Congratulations you’ve made it past the toughest part of the week. Hump Day means one thing, permission to begin celebrating the imminent end of the week. J65 celebrates this special day with everyone’s favorite crustacean, the lobster. Start with the creamy, decadent Lobster Bisque, then let your hair down and try the Hand Tossed Lobster Roll, followed by the Singaporean Lobster Laksa, a mouth-watering take on a local classic.

Move aside lobster, because on Thursday we celebrate king prawns. J65’s Executive Chef Frederick Kho wows diners with his delectable interpretations of iconic Singaporean dishes. Go for the Sea Salt King Prawns, Claypot Live Prawns and don’t miss out on a satisfying bowl of steaming Herbal Broth and Penang Prawn Mee.

It’s the end of the week and the crescendo of celebration has reached its peak. Celebrate the weekend with a night of scrumptious seafood delights. Start with Fin de Claire oysters before moving on to buttery lobster, fresh-from-the-ocean crabs, juicy prawns cooked in different ways and plump, perfectly seasoned scallops. Oh, and this Friday buffet is so delicious, it’s back by popular demand on Saturday!
