If you’re tired of queueing for all the baked cheese tarts in Singapore, how about getting in line for this new, cheesy dessert from Japan? Hokkaido’s popular dessert chain, LeTAO, is setting up a stall at ION Orchard in December, featuring its signature two-layered double fromage cheesecake (and a chocolate version of it).
Other desserts to stuff your face with include the Royal Montagne (a mix of Darjeeling tea and chocolate), Venezia Rendezvous (mascarpone crème brûlée tart) and Ironai (langues de chat cheese cookies).
LeTAO opens on Dec 8 at B1-K7 ION Orchard, 2 Orchard Turn. Daily 11am-9.30pm.
